DND healer classes should be able to cast heal on a healthy enemy. Why, you ask? Because healing is regrowth of the cells. How about we regrow a whole bunch of cells in the throat and try to breathe around that? Or grow some tissue right around the cerebellum? Or heal a bunch of blood cells at once right as it’s going into the heart? How about we double heal their eyes until they pop out? What I’m saying is that if your healer can regrow someone’s tissues with magic, they should be able to grow superfluous tissue, too.
