Two Denver Health Alumni recognized at 2015 ACEP Presidentâs Awards Banquet in Boston! Congratulations to Stephen Cantrill, MD, FACEP for winning the Legacy Award and James Mitchiner, MD, MPH, FACEP for winning the Award for Excellence in Health Policy! Other Denver Health alumni awardees included Andrew French, MD, FACEPÂ who received a Distinguished Recognition Award from Blue Jay Consulting/EMF for Emergency Department Director of the Year.
Resident awards presented at ACEP15 included Ben Murphy, MD who received EMRAâs Clinical Excellence Award and Cory Siebe, MD who received National Runner-Up in the CORD Clinical Pathologic Case (CPC) competition!

Congratulations to Ben Murphy (Class of 2016) on being selected as the 2015 recipient of EMRAâs Clinical Excellence Award!Â
This award recognizes a resident who has done outstanding work in the clinical aspect of emergency medicine.
Ben is the third Denver Health resident to win this award since its inception in 1989, joining DG alumni Nicole Seleno (2012) and Rob Orman (1998).
