⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER : This is not just a physical question, but above all a mental one. Shame, stress and social habits are the biggest blocks. I'm going to teach you how to eliminate them gradually.
🍼 STEP 1: CREATE THE HABIT AT HOME
✅️ Put yourself in a situation: as soon as you feel the slightest need to poop, stop immediately and relax in your diaper.
✅️ ideal position at the beginning: Sit on your heels or squat, because your body associates this position with defecation. gradually, practice doing it: standing, lying down, sitting on a chair, walking...
✅️ Daily exercises: even if you don't need to do, every day do 10 repetitions of 10 pushed in your diaper (this will help you defecate when you need to)
🍼 STEP 2 : WEAR YOUR FULL MESSY DIAPER LONGER.
✅️Do not change immediately: stay in your poopy diaper for at least 30 minutes before you can change it
✅️ do normal activities with it: during the period when your diaper is full, do normal activities (like watching a series, eating, taking a walk, working on the computer, to get your brain used to the fact that being in a full and dirty diaper is normal.
🍼 STEP 3 : THE EXTERIOR
1️⃣ FIRST RELEASE :
✅️ wear a discreet diaper but one that is sufficient to contain poop.
✅️ go to a quiet place (park, forest, parking lot) and force yourself to poop in your diaper. (as for the inside, with your anus pushing into your diaper even if you don't want to poop to help you do this movement when you want to.If you have trouble at first wanting to poop outside, take a quick laxative before leaving)
2️⃣ INCREASES THE CHALLENGE :
✅️ poops in your diaper while walking (it's difficult but once you get over it it's easy, likewise I advise you to start the pushing exercises, and to take laxatives at the beginning)
✅️ poop in your diaper in a store or shopping center (place with a lot of people)
✅️ poop while talking to someone (this is the most difficult step but it's the same principle as the other steps before)
THE MORE YOU REPEAT THE EXERCISES DAILY, THE EASIER IT WILL BECOME. SO DON'T GIVE UP AND BE DURABLE IN YOUR TRAINING ! 💩
