So… here is it!

This is my second time publishing a comment on the works that I usually read. First of all, I just want to seize this moment to express my appreciation for this amazing masterpiece you wholeheartedly crafted---It is a privilege and also a blessing to binge-read your work and actually finish it until the very end. I may not be here when you first started creating this fan fiction, but you have my whole support and love for this piece. I read all of this in a span of one day and same sitting; binge-reading a work is one of my ways of showing love language towards the compelling storyline. I'm currently a new fan of Maze Runner trilogy, and I just started having a Newt, Minho, and Thomas phase---I really adore the three of them with my heart. From the moment I stumbled upon your work while doom-scrolling in 'Newt (Maze Runner)/Reader,' I was immediately hooked and my inquisitiveness was engrossed from the very first chapter! I continued reading more with dedication, and I instantly found myself captivated with each portrayal of narratives. What a blessing to lay my eyes on this impressive work of art! The work is really amazing to the point that I locked in to compose a long ass commentary to display my adoration and appreciativeness for your creativity. There are no amount of words to measure how truly an awesome writer you are.

To be frank, I love how you pulled off each chapters that's pledged to the character we selected and you wrote them in a way that honors their canon interiority and narrative object---all of them had their own unique flow of dialogue, scenarios, story development, and complexity. Each concepts was full of depth and life. The existence of options in a story or fan fiction is something we don't see all the time, and I love you for coming up with the idea of letting readers choose their preference based on their favorite character. In fact, I really never selected an option because I wanted to read all of their storyline just to see what would they do in each situation (I sound greedy asf). I'm extremely glad to discover this fanfic by the time it was already complete a long time ago---your new readers are very lucky actually. I would definitely do everything just to read your work for the first time all over again. There's just something mesmerizing about reading a well-written fic. Plus, we witnessed those notes that contained fragments of your journey in life---it's very touching to see the highschool student writing this story piece by piece and now you're married! It's very wonderful to see you grow as you release new chapters over the years.

I would loved to reread your work again someday and recommend it to someone who shares the same interest for this type of works like me. I really look forward to the days that I'll be reading your fic again truly! Can I just say that you gave me a sense of inspiration that ignited the creativity in me? I would love to write this well someday---to articulate a work that's eloquent and amazing as yours. Let me also take this as an opportunity to call this piece PEAK.

Nobara buys the group disposable Fujifilm cameras with the following instructions: take as many aesthetic pictures as you can. Of course, your crush just HAS to notice when you try to secretly take a candid of them. To make matters worse, the two of you end up alone together, and of course they just HAVE to ask you about it. And, of COURSE, the cursed spirit you’re hunting down just HAS to try and kill you, forcing them to come to your rescue. Of course!

You’re sure your film roll must be full of interesting shots, to say the least.

“You’re amazing, [Name],” he’d said, his dark eyes full of you swimming in an emotion you couldn’t name. An odd tingle rushed through you. You stifled the urge to shudder or squirm since he was so close that he’d notice. “I’m just glad I was a bit useful this time,” you mumbled sheepishly, unsure of how to accept his praise. Whenever you were bonded to somebody, which only worked one on one, it felt breathlessly intimate, but it’d never felt like this. As if his spirit was growing against you the longer your bodies touched, embracing yours warmly. “I’m glad I had you in my corner,” Megumi murmured gently. “Don’t sell yourself short.” You were too embarrassed to trust yourself to speak and blushed, smiling like a fool instead. Little did you know, he was doing the exact same thing behind you, his ears so red they almost glowed.

Zayne’s gaze flitted to the side. Sylus had boxed him in against the desk; there was nowhere to easily slip out or escape. Sylus continued in his low voice, and Zayne realized their faces were inching closer. It was like being sunburnt. Windburnt. Zayne wanted to push him back. But he also wanted to see how close Sylus would get.

“You would be jealous of me?” Zayne repeated quietly, unable to identify the tumultuous feelings that were starting to burn in his chest like acid.

A strange smile softened Sylus’ features. He looked sadder with a smile than he did with a frown. His voice, usually full of confidence and swagger, was only a touch above a whisper. Zayne barely heard it above the ticking of the clock. Sylus’ fingertips felt like they were burning through his skin.

“I would be jealous of you if I wasn’t more jealous of the people by your side, partner.”

Zayne flinched away again, turning his body. Sylus’ hands were immediately on his shoulders again, forcing him to face him. Zayne defiantly tucked his chin to his chest, keeping his eyes closed. Out of sight, out of mind. Panicked and unsure of what to do, he thrust his hands out in front of him blindly, grabbing onto Sylus’ loose collar to maintain an arm’s width of distance between the two of them. Wordlessly, Sylus had a hand on Zayne’s chin. A gasp escaped Zayne’s mouth as he felt Sylus jerking his head skywards. He thought he saw shadows moving behind his eyelids. Sylus’ large hand cradled Zayne’s jaw tenderly. It was as if time had just completely stopped in their bubble of universe; even with his eyes shut, he both felt nothing and everything, all at once. His fingers tightened on Sylus’ shirt. A static washed over him in the darkness. The same one from when they had first met; an overwhelming sense of attraction, like he was willing to follow this man anywhere. He had no idea Sylus was leaning in until he felt Sylus’ lips close over his own. Oh.

In all honesty I’ve just forgotten to finish writing for it because the reception was weak and I wasn’t very motivated to keep writing 🫢

I don’t remember enough about TMR & have also outaged the characters quite a bit 🥀 so I probably won’t be revisiting it any time soon.
