Delta, or preferably, Cressida, is a young woman hailing from Veilstone City, Sinnoh. During her early teen/tween years, she and her brother were taken in by Looker following their fatherās unfortunate end.
During that time, she transitioned from male to female. She is an honourable and open-minded young detective.
Her brother, Omicron, is an unemployed scientist living with her whoās trying to battle his own mental problems. He remains in Unova, but she does call him frequently.
She is a genetic clone of Cyrus. Her and her brotherās entire purpose of existence was to serve as a ābackupā in the case of unfortunate conditions.
She likes and generally has a fond respect for legendary PokĆ©mon, having met a few in her lifetime. Her and her brother live in Unova, but she has been in Kalos recently due toā¦ certain events. She isnāt entirely opposed to PokĆ©mon battles, but has personally decided that her PokĆ©mon are getting a little too old for it. She has ASD, complex PTSD and borderline personality disorder.
Her brother, Omicron, struggles a lot more, due to Team Galactic being more involved in his upbringing. He has ASD, antisocial personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, c-PTSD, paranoid schizophrenia, and chronic depression.
She is capable, honest, and realistic. Due to being taken in by Looker after the fall of Team Galactic, she has an affinity for investigation, and specializes within human interviews. She does not help take down and arrest people, she merely conducts the investigation surrounding said people. She used to be a lot like Omicron, but actually earned back her emotion by reconciling with Mesprit and the other Legendaries, as a desperate way to fix her fatherās failures.
Meanwhile, with Omicron, heās a lot more like what his father wishes he was. Heās aloof, cold, cruel, and much more stand-offish and nihilistic. Itās not that he is angry at the world for having emotions, he actively detests and just doesnāt care for them. Heāll spread his values when he is asked, but he doesnātā¦ care. Occasionally, he will have delusions that he is a Citizen of the New World, and is convinced Cressida needs to be cured.
Itās important to know that during my interpretation, Cyrus leaves his PokĆ©mon after the protagonist and Cynthia try to bring him back from the Distortion World. Henceforth, they were given to his surrounding circle. And since Cressida and Omicron are biologically his children, they were allowed to take some of his PokĆ©mon. In my interpretation, it is considered negligible to release trained PokĆ©mon into the wild, as they could harm the surrounding ecosystem.
She does not have a very large team. She is not a battler, and PokƩmon are a lot of work.
Umbreon: Her shiny male Umbreon, named Caeruleus. He was originally a gift from Looker, when she was younger and is no longer a battler. Caeruleus has a sensitivity to light due to his pale eyes, so he very often wears a helmet or glasses when he goes out on the town. He also physically avoided battling, often hiding behind Cressida and causing her to get caught in the crossfire. He is also fluffy!
Honchkrow: Honchkrow does not have a nickname. Honchkrow was originally her fatherās Honchkrow, so he is rather independent. Currently, he is focused on managing a murder of young and inexperienced wild Murkrow for the fun of it, but he checks in for the day at Cressidaās place of residence.
She has also recently taken up fostering a newborn Poochyena, in which Caeruleus has taken up a strangely paternal role.
Due to Omicron being far closer to Cyrus than Cressida, he took most of the PokƩmon.
He took in Weavile, Houndoom and Crobat. If youāre curious, Gyarados was given to a loving home and definitely not Saturn.
Most of them are getting up there in age now, especially Weavile, but he enjoys their presence.
Due to his mental health, he also owns an anti-suicide Slurpuff, that Cressida lovingly calls āMarsh-bellow.ā It doesnāt fit Omicron or his theme, but heās still alive, so itās working.
