anyone know why she's making this noise?

it's happed several times always in the middle of her falling asleep. she stops once I reset her.

That whirring sound is her motor trying to get things moving again. The first thing I'd check is if your batteries are low. Not enough energy can cause a Furby to act up!

If you're certain it's not a power issue, there might be something else going on internally. It could be a multitude of things, from debris caught in the gears to a factory error in manufacturing. It won't be easy to find out unless you skin her and take a look inside

I checked her batteries and they're all good. im confused on why it's only happening when she's falling asleep but not everytime... ill skin her and see if I can tell what's getting stuck
