We all agree that Ran is a fashionista, right?

So it's obvious that he will be thrilled to date a designer so he can get insight into one of his most favourite subjects

Will always annoy you (or inspire you. depends) with the most outrageous design ideas

Loves going shopping with you for fabrics to help you out with his superior fashion sense, but gets distracted by a mirror halfway through instead

He trusts his fashion sense, so expect resistance if you want to make him wear something that isn't his style

But he insists you both wear matching outfits 'like a power couple'

May or may not buy you a studio or boutique before you even graduate because 'you don't need a degree to prove your talent. I already approve of it.'

Will also buy you the best quality fabrics, accessories, tools and equipment for your work even if you don't need it

And if you need something heavy moved in or around the studio, he will hire people for it

Cause he is too lazy to help you himself

What he will do, however, is 'graciously' offer to be your model (totally because you need someone worthy of the pieces, and not because he likes the idea of modelling)

His hands WILL always slide down to hold your waist and pull you flush against him while you're trying to take his measurements

This gentle giant doesn't understand much about fashion

But that will NOT stop him from being your biggest (literally) hypeman

He may not shout it from the rooftops, but you will feel his support through his actions

Like the big smile on his face when you get a new design idea and immediately start rambling about it with sparkling eyes while looking for your sketchbook

And when he gladly carries a literal mountain of your purchases without breaking a sweat when you're on one of your shopping sprees

All while holding your hand in one of his so that you don't get lost in your excitement (my man, My Man, MY MAN)

He may not look like it, but he is super helpful even with handling the delicate parts such as pins and buttons

And if you want to make him something as a thank you, he will be very flustered

Will blush so hard he'll end up the same color as his Tenjiku uniform when you stand too close to take his measurements

Will proudly wear whatever you make him, even if it breaks his 'tough guy' persona

Yes. Even the sweater with a teddy bear on it cause you said it looks like cute like him

And if anyone makes fun of him for looking soft, he will remind them why it is not a good idea to mess with him, especially when it comes to you or your designs

But not before carefully removing the sweater and handing it one of his guys, cause he doesn't want it to get ripped or dirty

Like genuine heart eyes for you while you concentrate

He finds your dedication to your craft super inspiring

Even though he doesn't get the whole deal about abstract art (your specialty), he wants to be of help in all ways possible

So you may find him cleaning and restocking your art supplies, or moving the heavy canvases for you

Keeps your studio stocked with granola bars and energy drinks so that you can snack on them while you work

But he will carry you out of the studio bridal style if he feels you're neglecting your health

He often thinks he's not worthy enough to date someone as talented as you (please reassure him that he is)

And if you give him any of your artwork as a gift, rest assured that he will guard it like its the most priceless artifact in the world

Rindou

I think Rindou would really be really big on modern art

While his brother pretends, he genuinely has some knowledge on what he's talking about

So he always asks lots of questions on your techniques and the thought process behind each piece of work

And when you explain it, he listens so keenly you'd think he's preparing for a quiz

But in reality he's just trying to know/understand you better

He's also a very harsh but honest critic of your work whenever you ask for his input, because he believes it will help you way better than sugarcoating

Whenever you have to present your work, he can be found just as stressed as you, if not more (very mom like behaviour)

He often brings his own games into your studio so that he can keep you company while you work without disturbing you

But just like Kakucho, he drags you out of the studio if he feels you've been cooped up for too long

Totally brags about you to his friends and brother because he genuinely believes it'd so cool that he gets to date someone as talented as you

Shion

Shion didn't know jack shit about art

And frankly, he couldn't have cared less about it

Then, you entered his life,and his whole demeanor took a sharp 180° turn

He started off as " I don't care if you're an artist, I'm the 9th leader of Black Dragons and that makes me more important."

But once he saw some of the tattoo designs you had drawn for a project, he became your number one fan

He's totally someone who offers to fight your professors (or anyone else for that matter) any time you get a bad grade or someone criticises your work

He will probably steal your faulty or discarded pieces so that you can't throw them away

In fact, he frames them on his bedroom wall

But he's not much help in the 'advising' or 'helping out' department at all

In fact, he was such a menace that you once had to ban him to protect your artwork and mental peace

But he made such a 'kicked puppy' face that you allowed him back in within 30 minutes

Unlike Kakucho and Rindou, he straight up threatens to spill juice on your art if you don't leave the studio for a long time

Totally gets one of your designs tatted on him, right along with your name, and shows it off to everyone to prove that he's bagged a artistic baddie

But the real reason for your drive to earn money was financial troubles growing up

At first, he treated you like a cunning subordinate who may betray him at any moment

But as he slowly got to know you and your past, he felt a kinship towards you

He knew exactly what it felt like to want to never be helpless because of money

This kinship is how you both grew closer

Don't be fooled, it took quite some time for this connection to form and grow, cause Koko is deeply loyal to his past

But because of you, he slowly learns to let it go and start living in the present

And he realises how much you mean to him

Once he becomes convinced of his feelings for you, trust me you'll never have to resort to shady ways of earning money ever again

And you're the one who freed him from the prison of his mind

Rindou was attending a boring business conference for one of Bonten's shell companies, grumpy because he'd rather be anywhere else, when he heard a voice he was sure he'd heard somewhere before

He looked around until he saw you, a highschool classmate of his that he hadn't seen in a decade

Back when Rin was young, he barely attended school cause he was busy ruling Roppongi

But he remembered you because you were the goody two shoes first bencher who used to help him sometimes

He'd assumed you'd go on to have a regular job and boring life after graduation (not that he thought much of you at all) cause that's what the good kids do

So imagine his surprise when he saw you at a Bonten affiliated meeting

He could tell you were an important figure by the way you commanded the room

So he tried to gain your attention, hoping you'd recognise him

Sadly you didn't

And it sent Rindou down on a mental spiral

He needed to know how you ended up here

Did you even know you were interacting with criminals, or did you think these were legit companies and not money laundering fronts?

So when the meeting ended that day, he ordered his men to find out more about you

Turns out you were out abroad for a long chunk of time so there wasn't much information about you

It made him even more curious

So he started keeping an eye on you

Where you live, where you go, who you meet

He needed to know it all

One such day, you caught him waiting outside your office

You weren't stupid after all, and had seen him around your office and home plenty of times to recognise him

So you end up taking him out to coffee to catch up

He straight up asks you how you ended up making it this big within a decade

Turns out you were made the Director of International Expansion for the company you worked in abroad because of your skills, talent and dedication

And that's why you're back in Tokyo

Rindou is relieved to know you know nothing about the reality of the shell companies

And he makes sure you never find out, only offering you legitimate deals as long as you're here so that you never get caught up in his mess

I know I've been super late to answer this request. It was sitting in my drafts for so long because I didn't know exactly which direction to take this to. But I hope it turned out fine.

Also I chose only Rindou for this because it felt like something that would fit him more than Ran

Why does Hanma like and follow Kisaki?

Also Hanma's backstory in general

Haitani's backstory (I wish Ran died in atleast one timeline and that the brothers were more relevant to the plot)

Why was Sanzu obsessed with Mikey in the original (no dark impulse) timeline

Kisaki being a very underwhelming main antagonist (I expected much better motivations for his actions than Hina. Like he's hyped like he's some great villain but he wasn't all that. At least not to me)

Edit: Mostly cause we heard more about him than we saw him in action. As a main villain, I wanted to see more of him. We heard how he pulls the strings and how he's scary, cunning, manipulative (by naoto, akkun, osanai etc) but (and correct me if I'm wrong, my memory is shit) the only times we saw his brains at work were when he lead the Toman third division during Bloody Halloween and when he bribed Koko for Taiju's loacation

Like that's the type of thing I wanted to see more of

And the last one was followed by his idiot ass openly betraying Chifuyu (and like Chifuyu said himself, did kisaki think there would be no consequence of this open betrayal) which wasn't very smartypants of him. Idk what he was thinking. Even if he made someone else do it and pretended to be a victim alongside chifuyu, he could have stayed in Toman if his plan went sideways, but he didn't seem to have thought this through (ik I'm being very critical of some 15 year old but if he can run gangs I can criticise his stupidity)

And don't mention him spiking chifuyu and takemichi cause that was plain stupidity on both their part rather than smartness on Kisaki's part (like come on, you're all part of a criminal organisation, and this guy has been your biggest enemy since forever, you should have known better than to take that bait. Rip to them but I wouldn't have done it)

And the plan to kill Emma was plain violent (why does this man hate women so much)

Also his death? Ik it's poetic in the sense it mirrors hina but still

I wish instead if being killed off so unsatisfactorily, he realised at the end that his pursuit of Hina and killing her for rejecting him was wrong

I wish he understood that Hina loved Takemichi because he was brave enough to stand up for what's right, not because he wanted to be a top delinquent, and Kisaki was a coward. Like the girl is the reason the story starts but somehow there's barely any justice for her character's brutal end multiple times. At least let Kisaki realise he's the problem

Also wish instead of dying he got appropriate punishment for his crimes after he backs off (ik that realistically its more likely for a guy to get killed by a truck then him realising and admitting he's a misogynistic prick who can't take a woman's no, but in a time travel show, one should be allowed to dream),

Especially since he's included in the final timeline, which without him (on a whole as a character, not in the good timeline where he didn't do anything) being remorseful for his actions feels very wrong to me

The entire final timeline. How was everyone saved and to what extent?

Domesticating Mikey is a herculean task, but you seem to have done the impossible

He was at the park with Emma, Draken and their baby, doing his uncle duties when he saw you for the first time

You were helping a few kids by pushing the swings for them

And as soon as he saw you, he felt an unusual sort of calmness wash over him

He could immediately tell you're a gentle soul

Luckily, his nephew wanted to play on the swings as well and had approached you

Mikey followed the boy and found the opportunity to talk to you (he initiated it of course. but shoutout to his nephew for being a great wingman)

He immediately took a liking to you, loving your soft and gentle nature as you played with the kids

And once Mikey takes a liking to you, you can't escape

He started showing up to the park to see you almost every day, hell bent on befriending you

He no longer had dark impulses, and he was professionally successful, but his personal life lacked direction

So he started seeking refuge in you, frequently inviting himself into your life without your permission

He started following you everywhere like a lovesick puppy, even if you told him you didn't need company

You relented soon after realising that getting rid of him was almost impossible (and that you'd become fond of him)

He saw how you you lived your life without ever chasing the adrenaline, which is what Mikey had been doing all his life

He saw how you found joy in the mundane activities of life such as cooking or painting

And he started realising the fulfilment he was seeking in all the parties and races was actually hidden in the quiet moments, like making tea in your kitchen

Soon he became determined to learn how to live the quiet life, just like you

Slowly, with your help, he started to leave his bad habits (such as being a party boy and adrenaline junkie) behind and started embracing a healthier lifestyle (like learning to cook for you)

He also started to learn how to let go of all his trauma from the past timelines thanks to your help (you had heard a bit about his family life and immediately put him into therapy)

Mikey had always been a bit immature when it comes to anything apart from leading a gang, but thanks to your guidance, he starts acting right and taking his life seriously

Because he realised that he'd lose you if he didn't solve his issues like an adult instead of drowning them in the sounds of parties and bikes

And he didn't want that

He wanted to spend the rest of his life with you because you made him feel so at ease, like he belonged only with you

And the best part is you didn't have to fix him. He fixed himself. He took your guidance and advice and worked to make himself better, someone worthy of being your life partner

Cause you're his light at the end of the tunnel, and Mikey would die before he ever let's you go

He was looking around waiting for someone to jump out with a camera when you called him cute and handed him your number

So he went home and didn't call you for days, cause who would find a giant like him cute or want to go out with him

He didn't want to get his hopes up (he's such an insecure lil baby someone pls hug him)

But then some part of him became curious

What if you actually were serious

So he called you

And that's how you ended up here, in a gentle and loving relationship with this teddy named Kanji Mochizuki

Initially, he was very shy, stiff and awkward

So you had to take the reins

You had to plan almost every date and initiate every conversation

Sorry to make you wait so long! Its probably nothing too unique and I tried to keep the mention of the reader's weight or build to a minimum as its a sensitive topic.

Since everyone in Bonten is at their worst version, Chifuyu would be no exception

He probably joined after Draken died and he no longer had faith in Takemichi to fix anything

So he defected to the dark side, feeling that he had nothing left to lose

But even at his worst, Chifuyu wouldn't want anything to do with the trafficking or prostitution side of things

He would mostly deal with the cleanup side of the business, making sure the crime scenes leave no evidence that could lead back to Bonten

He would probably become good friends with Rindou during this time, since they are both softer in nature than the others

He would also have a better relationship with Mochi

They still fight sometimes, but it's mostly verbal jabs here and there, and those too barely have any heat

But in times of need, they would always have each other's back, as they both secretly respect each other a lot

Mikey wouldn't like the fact that Chifuyu is in Bonten

He wasn't going to let him in, but the others questioned why not

And Mikey couldn't admit it was because he cared for Chifuyu without giving away the truth, or at least the fact that he cares very little (if at all) for the members of Bonten

So he let's Chifuyu join, and puts him in charge of making sure their friends stay out of harm's way

But Mikey never speaks to Chifuyu directly, avoiding him at all cost to ensure his dark impulses don't make him kill the boy

Since Chifuyu has no obligations or duties towards Toman or his friends in this timeline, I feel like the gang life may get to him a bit more than it did during the bad Toman timeline

Which means he may care about his wealth, status and power a bit more

He may also have a partner in this timeline

He's not someone who can sleep around or have something casual (he's too pure for that), so he would marry someone

Mostly because he feels lonely or because it fits his status, not because he loves her

But he would be loyal to his partner, no question about that

He would never drag a civilian into this life, because he doesn't wanna put any innocent girl in danger because of his lifestyle

So the girl would most likely be someone from their organisation or its allies

Since he doesn't get killed in this timeline, he probably has a child as well

Sometimes, he regrets joining Bonten, especially after he becomes a father, because he knows the kind of target it puts on his family's back

He wishes he had a way out, but knows there's none, especially not with the blood on his hands

After Mikey kills himself, he turns himself in out of guilt for not being able to do anything to save the man, but not before sending his family away to safety

He spends the rest of his life in this timeline in prison until Takemichi resets everything

Since the bad Toman timeline explores him as being undercover, I'm choosing to explore Bonten Chifuyu as someone who has truly gone rogue, most likely after losing Draken.

How he met you

Sanzu saw you for the first time at one of the Haitanis' clubs in Roppongi

He was there to meet the brothers and get high, like he usually did to unwind after a long day of Bonten business

But as soon as your voice drifted into the booth he was lounging in, his ears pricked up

Your voice was intoxicating, but in a way Sanzu had never experienced before

His heart, which was always beating too fast (in excitement, adrenaline or simply because of the drugs), seemed to slow down into a steady rhythm which matched the slow jazz song you were singing

He approaches you that night after your performance, accusing your voice of being too bewitching

But you just laugh and thank him for the "unusual compliment"

And Sanzu realises he doesn't feel the urge to slice you in half for not recognising his menacing aura

Instead, he finds himself hooked

He starts frequently visiting the club after that night, chasing the calm your voice brings to his chaotic life

He realises his obsession with you is wildly different from his obsession with Mikey

So, after two months of following you around like a lost puppy (and also stalking you. cause he's Sanzu), he asks you out

You, charmed and intrigued by this handsome and loyal admirer of yours, say yes

And that's the start of your relationship with Sanzu

In the relationship

Being with you makes him want to quit drugs because he wants to be aware of every moment he gets to spend with you

He loves that he gets to be honest with you without fearing judgement

After Mucho, he had decided he'd never get attached to anybody, but now that he is with you, he doesn't wanna lie or keep any secrets from you (at least about his personal life)

And having grown up in a neglectful family yourself, you understand how a shitty upbringing can ruin a person (even if you're unaware of how deep his obsession with Mikey runs)

You soon find that he's a pretty obedient boyfriend, agreeing to do whatever you want, both legal and illegal, because he's that devoted to your happiness

His only request is that you continue to sing to him, even when you're not in the club, as it helps keep him calm (the other Bonten members often joke that you've tamed him)

But whenever you do sing in the club, you will find him lurking in the shadows, admiring you (and making sure no one else makes any moves on you)

Unfortunately, there have been times when some unlucky guys have attempted to approach you

Or times when you had to lure someone who owed money to the Haitanis

Sanzu gets pissed every single time, not because he doesn't trust you, but because he doesn't want you to get harmed

He personally deals with every single one of those pieces of trash

Doesn't matter what he is wearing underneath (t-shirt, sweatshirt, no shirt), he will pair it with a overcoat, no matter what weather

That is also why the Tenjiku uniform is overcoat styled

His favourite color is probably red*, but he also likes to wear olive green, dark grey and black

He mostly wears t-shirts and joggers whenever he has to throw something on quickly

He also likes wearing sweatshirts because they are so comfortable and casual

He canonically wears heels, though I feel he is not a louboutin (girl) guy

He mostly prefers platform heels, because they are practical

But he won't hesitate to rock a pencil heel if needed

He has a collection of dangling earrings, which are definitely his favourite accessories.

I don't think he likes wearing watches

But he likes wearing rings. Not a lot though. Maybe one or two

This man's style is so gym coded

He mostly wears those slutty fitted t-shirts (the t in this case probably stands for the tits they accentuate)

He often pairs them with joggers or sweatpants and a pair of sneakers

His wardrobe is mostly full of izana's favourite colors (yeah the influence runs that deep)

This man wears watches cause he's sensible

He also has a small collection of earrings which he got from Izana

I can't picture him as someone who wears rings. The only time he'll wear a ring is probably when he gets married (proud husband core)

This man's got a dog tag though and it's his most favourite accessory

He carries a belt bag with his essentials as well as whatever Izana can't fit in his own pockets

Ran's a very old money aesthetic guy

He likes wearing dark colored clothing like deep purple, navy blue, black (anything that looks luxurious)

He definitely loves wearing silk shirts with the front three or four spaces unbuttoned.

Mochi

He is a practical guy who doesn't care much for fashion

He cares about comfort and mobility

He's a plain waterproof jacket over tshirt guy mostly

Paired with the most common pair of white sneakers and neutral pants possible

He wears watches but not always

His wardrobe is full of colors such as blue, white, grey, and surprisingly, pink (he's barbie y'all)

No rings or earrings either. He gets sensory overload with them

Absolutely in love with her - Kazutora

Kazutora probably met her for the first time after he came out of prison and was restarting his life from scratch. She saw him struggling to figure out the latest technology and decided to help him out without any judgement. When he told her that he was in prison for a decade, she did not get scared or disgusted. Instead, she continued to help him whenever he struggled with something, and her kindness stole his heart. He is someone with a lot of guilt and self-loathing, and finding someone who offered help instead of hatred naturally led him to fall for her hard.

Has a crush on her - Chifuyu, Kakucho

Chifuyu probably met her for the first time when they were both in a manga store and found out they had the same favourite author. They clicked immediately as they spoke, and her fun nature captured his heart. Though it was a very brief interaction and he did not see her again, the romantic shoujo manga lead in him harboured a crush for "the funny girl" for a very long time afterwards.

Kakucho probably met her while he was injured and she helped him reached the hospital. The gentle manner in which she held him up, and the way she stayed by his side as he got patched up made his heart flutter. But he never tried to find her again after the incident (even though his heart skipped beats at her thought) because he did not want to drag her into his world. So his crush remained unattained.

Has feelings but doesn't show it- Rindou, Inui

Rindou probably knew her because she was the popular girl from his school. He always thought she would be a bratty bitch based on her popularity, but when he saw her helping a guy with learning disabilities (whom everyone else either bullied or avoided), he realised she's actually a really good person. So he started hanging out around her and realised that she was popular because she was kind and friendly, as well as incredibly smart and funny. It didn't take long for him to realise that he's falling for her. But since he felt that she would never want to be with a delinquent like him, he never confessed to her.

Inui probably met her because she worked at the shop next to D&D Motors. She would often lend him a bottle of juice or water "for his hard work" whenever he dropped by her shop. She would also often spend time around the shop while he worked because she found his work cool. Inui liked her company even though they rarely spoke much, and soon he found himself looking forward to spending time with her. When he realised his usually stoic heart is melting for her, he became scared of losing her like he lost Akane, Shinichiro and Koko, as he fully believed everyone he loves gets taken away from him. So he doesn't confess, content to enjoy her company as long as it lasts.

Obsessed with her- Mikey

Mikey probably knew her because she was Emma's friend. Her calm but playful personality, combined with her inability to take shit from anyone, got him hooked. And when Mikey gets hooked, we all know he gets obsessed and possessive. That's exactly what happened here as well. He started thirdwheeling her and Emma's shopping trips or coffee runs, as well as asking Emma to bring her to Toman meetings just so he could hang out with her. He is pretty open and shameless about his obsession with her, so it's upto her how she deals with it.

Views her as just a friend- Mitsuya

Mitsuya probably got to know her because she moved into his apartment complex. He frequently saw her helping the neighbours, playing with the kids (including Luna and Mana) or reading a book at the nearby park alone. He once asked her if she's lonely, and found out that she enjoys spending time alone. They soon became friends and remained strictly so, because as much as he thinks she's a great person, Mitsuya could only see her as a younger sister figure he looks out for, or worse, he sometimes sees a reflection of himself.

Doesn't care enough- Ran, Koko

Ran probably knows her because she's an intern at one of Bonten's shell companies. He took one look at her and decided that she isn't his type. Kind, helpful and gentle girls are for Rindou. He needs a strong, mature woman who knows and embraces the underworld he rules, not some idealistic girl who believes in good deeds and the concept of justice.

Koko is obviously not interested in anyone who is not Akane. She was probably a regular at the library where he spent most of his time when he was raising money for Akane. She wanted to help him out when she found out the cause of his obsession with money (but in a legal way like donating). He was thankful for her kindness but thought she was stupid to think that much money could be raised through donations. Later, when Akane died and he stopped coming to the library, he forgot about her because she was irrelevant.

Hates her- Sanzu, Izana

Sanzu probably got to know her while he was stalking someone she knew. He liked her personality as long as it was only fun and playful. But when she sabotaged his attempt at killing her acquaintance with her quick thinking and awareness, he started hating her for the trouble she caused him. Now he is probably planning to kill her as well.
