Yup.

Thought could keep skating out of my disorder but I've turned my skate sessions into calorie burning ones designed to either "undo" eating or make a bigger deficit.

Also I'm just being lazy and refusing to go downstairs to make tomorrow's lunch. It needs to be done (or I can just... Buy it tomorrow... But I'm trying to break that habit (and the one where I spend obscene amounts almost daily on coke zero and variations thereof. Don't get me started on the coke with coffee zeroes... It's appalling how much I'm willing to spend on them).

Also I have a thousand calorie deficit today (neverminding that I probably fucked up logging so it's probably less tbh) and I'm torn between eating a little and just going to sleep...
