I am not paying that much money for a doll unless it’s a custom doll I’m commissioning an artist to make me tbh, idc how much I covet the doll. the most money I spent on a doll was like $100 and something last year when I bought a doll I’d wanted since I was younger second hand and I don’t regret it, I’m very happy to have her! like I’ve seen people charge $100 to $200 of this exact doll in the like worst state and yall can’t really believe that the doll in the state that she is is anywhere worth that amount be so fucking serious. similarly I love the vampire heart dracualura doll so so much but I would not ever pay the price people reselling her are asking for they can keep their damn doll she wasn’t even $100 from what I can recall and people are charging almost $500 if not more like. actually die.

Didn't realize until I was older and like, looking back on some of the tech stuff my mom needed help with and knew more about how software is priced that he was pirating it. Guy had a whole business set up where people who didn't know how computers worked would pay him 20 bucks to install Microsoft Office on their laptop because it was cheaper than buying it in the store and they didn't want to be bothered with figuring out how to install programs even if they could afford them normally. Like that guy was practically printing money well into the early 2000s. Very good hustle. Only small business owner I respect.
