An original hand-painted piece of psychedelic artwork meant to represent a top-down map of a meandering river. I wanted to experiment with the wild and random brush work in the river with the controlled surroundings of the land. Top-down images of landscapes are always so fascinating to me because of all the different intersecting pieces of land, water, cities, trees, etc. This is an over-the-top and abstract representation of those conflicting chunks of topography.
