It's not seen that well, but I gave Duchess eyebags while Sparrow some guyliner. The story behind this drawing is that after a couple of Duchess's schemes don't work, she starts to feel down (the kind where you don't have the energy to get angry or cry and the type where you look up at your ceiling feeling the dread of your inescapable destiny).
It was just one of those days. Sparrow has only seen a handful amount of times when Duchess gets silent and he could always guess whats up but not pry (it really just isn't his style But to him he'll just tell himself he doesn't care). He's used to her temper. So when she just ignored him at class, lunch, and afterclasses, he needed to do something to get her to her Duchess-y self again. So he commissioned plushies that resembled them. A mini-sparrow he could gift so even when he's not there to listen or to be there for her, his mini self would. And same goes for her mini self.
She thought it was stupid. Stupid enough to make her snicker. I can imagine that she bullied the miniatures for awhile but that's what Sparrow wanted, to get a rise out of her. Atleast shes not silent any more. Duchess would never admit it but she felt grateful. Slowly but surely she could integrate the little Sparrow into her daily routine or make him into a keychain or even strangle the poor thing everytime they fought.
Sparrow's mini-duchess would be adorned in little accessories he/he commissioned to make. I used to headcanon that he clutches the pendant crest close to his chest when things get rough in his life or something happened between Duchess and him. This time, he could hug mini-duchess too or even talk to it, argue with it, or even be an audience to his guitar practices.
