In DCA (my original project inspired heavily by SCP), every anomaly is catalogued using two numbers and one letter.

The first number is the anomaly's position in the catalogue. (Example: 03 = Anomaly 03.)

The second number is its danger level, ranging from 1 to 100. Different ranges correspond to one of six classifications: KAF, YOD, HETH, DALET, ALEF, and TAV (dont think too much about the hebrew letters.)

The letter represents how much energy the anomaly produces. Every anomaly generates a substance called INCOGNITO, which is used as a powerful energy source for the city. Energy ratings range from D (lowest producer) to A (highest producer).

Anomaly 06-05-D "Pin of Love" [YOD] 

Description: This anomaly is a small white pin button in the form of a heart, having black inner parts and gray "wings" to each side that vaguely mimics the form of a human heart.

06 will constantly drip a black substance, this substance is unknown effects only happens when placed on skin, once it stabs the skin it will start to heal the person physically and mentally, opens wounds before or after putting it on will start to heal, but it does not heal already healed scars. The user will fill extremely relaxed and happy.

UPDATE 06-21

After incident 06-1 (check reserved personnel files) 06-05-D danger level was updated from [KAF] (05) to [YOD] (21), it was dicovered that unknowingly from the user, the pin will start to grow roots inside the person, it is fully safe the first week or so, after that the roots will be too deep and hardened to take off without harm, give it  ~1 more week and the roots will be  all over the person's body, blocking off blood and organs, yet the mental effects doesnt change, leaving the dying person in the same mental state as when they first put it, after the person dies, 06 will break itself off from its own roots, it will spill out the unknown substance after breaking off. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY.

Incident 06-1:

the following is a recording of a interaction happening in IRIS-B (where 06 is located), this happened in the midst of a containment breach caused by Anomaly ■■-■■-■, it shows Dr. Helen, the previous IRIS-B Science department leader, she was wearing 06, with [DATAEXPURGED], who had his arm chopped off by a automatic closing door. - - - (Alarm sirens) [[D.E]]: (Heavy breathing, holding his bleeding arm, barely covered by bandages) F■■■. F■■■, Who's there?! [Dr.H]: Hello! [[D.E]]: He- Helen thanks gods, S■■■, its- its bleeding as F■■■, c- can you hand me the Pin? [Dr.H]: hm? [[D.E]]: THE PIN! 0-... 06! 06-05! [Dr.H]: Ah... (Silence for about 15 secounds) [[D.E]]: ... so? [Dr.H]: No. [[D.E]]: Wh- ... What? WHY?! The-- The Medical department is full and they are too far-- i F■■■■■■ NEED it! [Dr.H]: Yes i know, but i dont want to. [[D.E]]: ([DATAEXPUNGED] stares at Dr. Helen for a couple secounds) Helen we dont have time to- [Dr.H]: I Already said No. IT is mine. [[D.E]]: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GIVE ME THE PIN

(Sounds of a fight presumably starts, the recorders at the guards didn't had cameras at that time, its possible to hear swearing.) ([DATAEXPUNGED] proceeds to pull the pin from Dr. Helen's heart with force, showing that it was still connected to Helen through its roots, [D.E] lets go of the pin and steps backwards as Helen falls to the ground v■■■■■■■ a dark substance from her mouth, [D.E] ■■■■■■■■ ■■ ■■■■.)

(The further recording has been deleted, [D.E] was found dead a couple hallways away from Dr. Helen's corpse, [D.E] died from blood loss, the Pin was recovered, and put in a place holder box at it is studied again, all data from [D.E] has been deleted from the index to protect their indentity.)

Anomaly 05-10-A " The "Lamb" " [KAF] Description: 05 appears to be a deer like creature without any fur exposing a light pink skin, having only one antler, its skin is basically glued to its skeleton by how little fat or meat it seems to have, specially around the face, which shows clear features of the skull, al tho it is lacking certain details. There seems to have lots of crucifix like black keratin blades puncturing its skin, making it bleed constantly, specially on the missing antler, its legs instead of ending on hoofs, they end on small pointy ends, and instead of walking it floats a few inches off the ground, there is a big hole in its chest, where blood strings leads to a floating human heart, the heart beats slowly and lets out a soft glow, the heart is covered in a crown of spikes mixed with the crucifixes.

05 was found in the backstreets of the city, in the middle of the veins, the extraction team came back, each of them wrote the following:

1 - "When the Lamb appeared, his heart, his heart full of spikes, bleeding, still beats, giving me hope for the future"

2 - "When i saw the Lamb, i felt all the anger HE felt when a person died in the streets of this city"

3 - "As i walked through the poor streets of the city, i saw him, him who doesn't judges, and gave me his hand, from which grew a holy cross"

Annotation-1: Why are they calling the anomaly a lamb even tho it is very clearly a deer is still unknown,

Annotation-1-1: The higher ups considered their mental state affected, so they were all fired
