I do agree when other managers say that it’s difficult to hire a good partner. I’m lucky to have hired 2 good ones & I appreciate you both to the max. I may be strict, I may be harsh, I may have done things or said things which you both didn’t like, I may have crossed a certain line, I may have upset you guys but know this that I personally do care for the both of you and I have no intention of hurting you guys. I’m just trying to teach & give you guys a heads up of what & how the outside world ( especially work life) is like base on the experiences I had.
