Today is #WomensEqualityDay. . I love that there is a day to honor those who fought so I could vote AND live my purpose out loud. Literally. . This year, so many empowering moments filled my days that would never have been possible without women’s right to vote or use her voice in public. . She was fighting her next step (stepping into a CEO role) and holding herself back with limiting beliefs and thoughts of inadequacy. . Her company was suffering because of her lack of faith in herself and she couldn’t see it. . When we flipped and reframed her self-talk - SHE WOKE UP. . She realized that when she embraced the leader within and lived her purpose out loud - it inspired others to do the same. That lit her up. . Working from there - everything else fell into place. .
