HAIL THE DEAD

anyway, like some of y'all know, we were scheduled to sign for the house this past tuesday, but the well water test and a certificate we needed decided to take their sweet time about getting done / arriving, so we're officially signing for the house this coming tuesday. which means i'm gonna be ridiculously spotty for juuuuuust a little longer, since we'll still need to schedule an appointment for internet and actually, you know, move after everything is deep cleaned.

alrighty. i've gotta get some packing done today no matter what, and also have kitty playtime(s), but i have free time today, so i'm gonna maybe kill most of my inbox on both blogs and weed through my drafts to see what i'm going to keep (because so much of it is a million years old).

anyway, this is a head's up for new folks and a reminder for old, i am suuuuper spotty atm because boything and i are currently in process of trying to buy a house! the projected closing date is july 8th, but that week-ish beforehand (if everything goes smoothly and we hit that date for closing) is going to be stupid busy irl: boything's birthday's the 2nd, 4th of july which eh generally no thank you but family stuff, kitties have their second vet visit the 6th, and then theoretically the closing on the 8th. plus the packing, moving, utility stuff, and unpacking that'll have to be done.

the vet told me today that i should be proud because i had done a wonderful job bottle raising two very beautiful kittens.
