I didn't feel like running today. After working multiple nights into morning I was sleepy, my head was groggy and I already ran 5xs last wk. This Sunday turned into M-T-W-TH runs and I've lost count of my "running days". What I realized was those are EXCUSES to distract you from achieving GOALS you set for yourself. So I got up and PUSHED through sleepy and lazy because no matter what field you're in, there will be days when you don't feel like doing anything but you must PUSH THROUGH to get the RESULTS you're anticipating. Anything worth achieving is hard work. Big CONGRATS to my friend Gbenga for opening the show #24. I was so excited when he told me about the role before heading to London especially when he said he caught #JackBauer lol. But I was sworn to secrecy. This was my first time ever watching the show and I'm hooked! So PROUD of him and such a wonderful feeling to see my friends live their dreams!!! #Brooklyn

Completed another BIG deadline this week and now the wknd is mine! I savor my wknds because in my line of work its all about MENTAL VISION. Constantly creating & thinking. So when I have a free Saturday I vege out and watch movie after movie. Every film I've never seen and director I haven't heard of to just RELAX my mind. Today, I start my vege out on the beach! It is so important to have peace, quiet and tranquility during the creative process. No one can imagine how much I needed this break from the city...the noise and all the distractions in my ear. #sofocused enjoying God's beauty. Life is delicious!
