Don't let the words of people define you, let The Word of GOD define you. Find your value in God, not people. People didn't create you, God did. Remember that!

Depression is caused by a demonic spirit. Pray it away in Jesus name!

So one person or a few people rejected you. It’s their loss and If they really knew the real you, they’d regret rejecting you, I’m sure of it. Listen, you’re beautiful and your worth is not defined by the rejections you have faced or might face. You are worth so much more and those who reject you or have rejected you obviously don’t know you enough to realize your worth! Shake off the rejections and move on. Know that you will encounter people who will see you, the real you, and cherish you for as long as they can. If you hold onto the rejections you’ve faced, you might begin to reject those who want to cherish you. So, let go of those rejections so that you can openly receive the best that is yet to come!

It’s ok to cry through the pain, the joy, the anger, the happiness. It’s ok to show emotion through your tears! It’s ok. Crying is ok. I don’t care if you are a guy or a girl. Please listen! It. Is. Ok. To. Cry. Don’t listen to others when they tell you that you crying is stupid or lame or unmasculine. You can cry if you want to!

I am so proud of you!! You made it another day. You got through the darkness of the night, and that is an accomplishment in itself. Congrats! Keep going ok? Please know that there are people out there rooting for you.

I hope you know that you are not alone. You are never ever as alone as you might feel. Just open up your eyes to see who is really there for you. Jesus loves you!

I know life is hard, but everything will be ok. You can get through whatever it is that is hurting you ok? You’ve got this! Keep going!
