Hello everyone, I’m sure all of you want an explanation for this 1 year hiatus... I have a lot of requests in my inbox still from last year and messages that I didn’t get to, so I am deeply sorry for that! I honestly feel really bad for not answering you all and not writing what you requested.

So, basically, what happened is that last year my life did a complete 180. I enrolled into a new school, a specialized arts school, where I have much more work at than at a normal high school. I also started working part-time around february, took a break during the summer but will be going back early october. On top of that, this year I will have 2 mandatory exams, classes from around 8:20 to 18:35 everyday except one and overall just a lot more stuff to do. I still think about this blog a lot, and I still love DPS deeply. I would like to come back, but I’m not sure I will... I haven’t even written anything this year, it’s been hard for me to do much of anything. I have guitar lessons, theatre too... I can honestly say I will try to come back but at the end of the day it is more likely I don’t than I do.

To conclude, I am very grateful for each one of you, it makes me immensely happy to have people actually read what I write AND like it! It just puts an enormous smile on my face:) I hope you understand why I did what I did, but it’s completely okay if you don’t! I’ve left you all without news for a year, that’s a long time, I could’ve at least said something... Still, thank you so much for being here and I’m sorry once again. The time I spent here gave me the utmost joy and I will forever cherish it ❤️

let’s pretend neil is part of a theatre club (and welton has a theatre club lmao)

 I think he would gradually become more interested in you. For no particular reason really, you would just catch his eye. You both went to the same school, but were in different classes, so you never really spoke but, it all started when he saw you laugh with your friends at lunchtime. Yeah, he thought you were beautiful, but there are beautiful girls everywhere. Well, there aren’t any beautiful girls with your laugh everywhere.

 It became habit, looking at you. He didn’t want to think much of it, it wasn’t like he had a crush. He just liked looking, well, staring, at the way your curls bounced whenever you smiled too hard, the way your long limbs made you walk kind of weirdly, not to him though, he thought it was adorable. Just looking.

 Eventually, the dps would catch on to him. I can see Charlie being the one who would make him approach you with the “If you won’t, I will” cliché. Neil would get up, walk over to you and come up with the most stupid excuse to talk to you.

 “Hum, you’re Y/n, right?”

 “Yeah...”

 “I’m Neil.... F-from theatre club I was wondering if you’d like to join? We’re low on members so” 

 “Oh, s-sure, thanks” 

 “Great! C-cool, yeah, see you around” he would give one of his tender smiles to try to hide his nervousness, then turning around and walking over to the boys again.

 “So, what did you say?”

 “Bullshit, for sure” Charlie stepped in.

 “I might’ve asked her to join theatre club?”

 “What? Jesus christ Neil, you can certainly woo a woman” the blonde boy fires another of his witty remarks.

 You would hesitantly show up at the club meeting after class. You had already said yes, there was no turning back now.

   I can see you being super anxious when you got there, Neil would just instantly walk over to you with a huge smile on his face. He noticed how nervous you were and just ended up watching the other members practice. He would crack a joke here and there and you spent most of the meeting just laughing and talking nonsense. When it was time to go back to the dorms he walked you to your room.

 From then on you guys became friends. You came back to theatre but would just ending up watching them, mostly Neil, training for the play. Neil would sometimes ask you to have lunch with the dps and soon enough you became a member. I feel like you would have a really strong friendship before anything romantic going on, not that he didn’t want to. 

 He would probably confess to you on the day of the play. After it was over and you and the boys went to congratulate them, he would just give you heart eyes, something the dps would instantly pick up on and leave. He would tell you how nervous he was, not even because of the play, but, because of you. He was scared to screw up in front of you. It was absolutely freezing outside but his body gradually came closer, the heat he was radiating was insane. He just kept leaning in, and in, and in... And right before he gently placed his lips on top of yours he would just whisper “I love you, Y/n” in the raspiest but sweetest voice.

 He would love your moodiness, Neil thought you looked adorable when you were angry. He hated seeing you sad, but loved making you laugh whenever you unhappy. Your soft side would be one of his favorite things about you, at the end of the day, he was always a sucker for the sweet types. Your wild side was also one of your many perks, and seeing you come up with the most crazy ideas was a laugh.
