“Not any longer than we need to be.”

“Boring is safe.”

“Interesting isn’t always.. good… You know what I mean.”

“ well, you thought wrong. ”

         despite her being there, he took time with this victim, letting his fangs tear the skin and leave gaping holes within the side of the woman’s neck. she screamed when he first bit her, and a hand easily slid it’s way to cover her mouth and keep her quiet. not that it mattered, as she was dead within a matter of minutes when his teeth tore apart her throat. soon enough, all her blood had been drained and her already limp head fell limper as it became less and less attached to the spine, coming clean off when her body hit the ground.  ❝ i’m guessing this is new for you ? ❞  apollo questioned the girl who clearly hadn’t seen a vampire feed before.

That was one way to put it. “There are good people here,” he mused, trying his best to speak positively. There had to be some. “A bit too wild for my tastes, though.”

He smiled, despite his worry. “How come?”

        eyes never focused on the girl, only on the prey in his sights, compelled quiet despite the fear driven whimpers that escaped the girl as he ushered her closer, eyes growing dark as they filled with crimson.  ❝ i’ll admit, ❞ apollo started, fangs descending from their hiding place deeply rooted within his gums.  ❝ now you have me intrigued. ❞ he told the unknown girl whom had come to watch, giving her a small smirk before meeting his fangs with the neck of the victim he’d been holding onto.
