so in regards to this post on messā
imagine someone catching their sneeze in their hand and itās messy, and you can tell from their face that theyāre just.. completely embarrassed, but that only lasts for a second, because before you can even offer them a tissue, their brow begins to furrow again and their breath hitches
and they have no choice but to just muffle their second sneeze into their hand as well, and theyāre⦠visibly mortified, to say the least, but still determined to hide the mess thatās all over their hand and on their face (from you and everyone else, assuming youāre in a public place)
but theyāre obviously not done yet,Ā and you can see just how hard theyāre trying to hold it back as another sneeze or two slip out (though it hardly does anything to get rid of the tickle at the back of their nose)
they look at you a little helplessly and duck their head so that no one will stare at them, but theyāre still not feeling any better, and the unwanted attention is killing them, so you let them hide their face in your chest or your shoulder
they whine a little and you rub their back as they breatheā you can feel every little gasp and hitch against you now that youāre so close; theyāre pretty much at the point of no return, and despite how embarrassed they are, they finally give in and just muffle an entire fit of sneezes into your shirt, trying to be as quiet about it as possibleĀ
their body bends with the force of each one with small, desperate breaths in between, and they just want their nose to stop itching so much so that you both can just leave and go clean up (and you know, they can maybe take some medicine, or finally blow their nose or something)
