Buck had woken up to the barking of pups; Bata and scrap, already going after each other right in the morning. Then Hero meowing from getting annoyed at them, and hoping onto Hurons desk. Buck forced himself to get up, even when his right leg ached and was shot with pain. He didn't want his husband to have to wake up so early.

So he did. He grabbed the pups and shoved them out of the room, grabbing hero and setting him at the end of the bed. When Buck laid back down, his back gave a small 'crack' and began to hurt as well. It ached and it ran all the way up to his neck. He lay there as long as he could, until he literally couldn't and had to get back up.

He sighed and limped to the kitchen, opening the pantries. His stomach growled so loud it hurt him too. It felt like his stomach was trying to curl into itself. He bit his cheek as he found absolutely nothing. Dylan was supposed to go shopping the other day, but seemed he forgot.

Buck felt his irritation start to prickle, closing the pantry door. Why couldn't dylan remember anything? Why couldn't he just help around? Why did Buck have to do literally everything? After a few of those thoughts he felt a tad guilty.... he knew Dylan didn't mean too. Wanted to help. Said he was doing his best...

Buck sighed, limping to where he kept the tea, only to find... nothing left either. He frowned and ran a hand through his hair. So the day was gonna be like that huh? Fine. He limped then to the living room, to find a couch cushion ripped up. He stared at it for a moment before walking over, starting to pick up the pieces of fluff.

As he reached out, his scarred shoulder felt like a needle went through it and he reered back, hissing in pain. ❝Holy shit- ow, fuck-❞ he looked at his left hand, the one with the scar running down th center, over his wrist and up over his shoulder to his shoulder blade.

The hand was trembling madly, fingers twitching, it looked like it was having a mini seizure itself. Buck tried to lay his hand down by his side, but it only made the pain flare up in his elbow, so he lifted it back up a little.

Just his luck. His stomach hurt. His leg hurt. His hips hurt. His back hurt. His eyes felt heavy and irritated. His arm hurt. His shoulder hurt. He was hungry. He was thirsty. He wanted to curl up and die. He wanted to yell or hit a wall. He was exhausted.
