AMLA FRUIT (Indian Gooseberry / Phyllanthus emblica): Considered a super berry because of its high nutrition value. In traditional Indian medicine, it is said to cure every disease, and increase longevity. I make a juice out of this every morning, which is incredibly sour, but I’ve learned to love it ( I buy my amla at Russell Market, in Bangalore).

Wabi sabi represents an aesthetic centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. The aesthetic is sometimes described as one of beauty that is imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete. It is a concept derived from the Buddhist teaching of the three marks of existence: impermanence, suffering, and emptiness or absence of an innate self.
