Wild thought but it seems so poetic to me that during sexy times, when Kit and Ty are both shirtless and Ty leans over Kit, the heron necklaces touches/grazes Kit‘s chest (the pendant Kit gave to Ty when he thought they would never speak again)

Kit and Ty both dying in the final battle, reuniting with Livvy and all their ancestors waiting for them by the river - Julian carrying Ty to silent city like he did Livvy and Mina visiting Kit's grave with Jem and Tessa, them talking about how much he loved them
