With rare exceptions, it is generally very safe, with even the lives of the guileless being much better than the lives of many in places such as Innistrad or even Tarkir, back when the dragons ruled.
It offers many distinct options, offering nearly everyone willing to work with a place they can feel generally accepted and at home.
Leaders that are clear, and infrastructure far ahead of what is seen on nearly any other plane, I wouldnât be surprised if Ravnica ends up being one of if not THE centerpiece of the now interconnected Multiverse.
