About IRL tickle encounters

So the thing is that I don’t really get tickled often, at least not as often as I want to (which is all the time), I mostly get tickled by my boyfriend and I tickle him back (he doesn’t know that I love getting tickled).

I have a few friends at school, they are the best people that I’ve ever met, and for the past couple of months one of my friends have been sneaking some pokes at me (not very often).

The thing is I cannot control my reactions when getting poked, I don’t know why, I’m just really sensitive to pokes. So when my friend pokes me or pinch my side I ALMOST GO FLYING! And they always laugh at my reaction and I get embarrassed and tell them to stop (I don’t actually mean it) .

Let me just tell you about today, we have just come back from spring break and I haven’t gotten tickles in a while, my entire class consists of 16 people and we are all pretty close friends, two of my classmates were messing around with my friend (let’s call her J) and they were playfully threatening to spray water on her with a spray bottle, we were all laughing and joking around, then my classmates walk away and I tell J “it’s okay J, they were just playing around” and J says to me “one time in 4th grade a guy in my class tickled me and I hit him, he never tickled me again after that”, I kind of laugh and then tell her “Valid reaction, I once elbowed my boyfriend in the face cause he tickled me” (I did) and she just laughed and nodded,

We then sat down at our desks, me and J next to each other, then I’m laying on my desk, resting my forehead on my arms cause I want to go home, and that’s when J very lightly pinched my side. I LITERALLY WHIPPED MY BODY UPRIGHT AND SWUNG MY HEAD AROUND TO LOOK AT HER, and she started laughing, my other friend E sat behind us and saw the whole thing and also started laughing, I groaned and also started laughing, J then said “You always have such intense reactions, it’s so funny” and I hid my face groaning.

i hate when people dont focus on one spot at a time

like

when someone just jumps from spot to spot and never stays on one for longer than a few seconds

cause, unless im caught by surprise, i need a minute to process the feeling for it to genuinely tickle

like it just doesnt reach my brain immediately

so when someone's jumping from spot to spot, im reacting instinctively but im not actually feeling it

while if it goes on ill feel it

like, I don't like the whole "tears streaming down your face" trope, its too heavy and serious for my liking, borderlines on sadistic almost.

Tickling is NOT a kink/fetish for everyone. Stop saying it is.
