Pitch is a name for any of a number of viscoelastic polymers. Pitch can be natural or manufactured, derived from petroleum, coal tar or plants. Various forms of pitch may also be called tar, bitumen or asphalt. Pitch produced from plants is also known as resin.

Black Sculptural Dress For her fashion graduate collection at Shenkar Design School, Danit Peleg has focused on a project which involved printing clothes at home. With a basic printing machine and 3D software, she has created a clothing line entirely 3D printed. Influenced by triangular painting compositions, these sculptural pieces look like lace and mesh.

The black fox is a beautiful and sleek creature. There was a time not so long ago when the black fox, was a common sight to be found wandering about the British Isles and across Northern Canada. Today, from being hunted for their fur, they are a rare sight indeed not only in the UK, but in the America's as well.

The great black hawk is a resident breeding bird in the tropical New World, from Mexico through Central America to Peru, Trinidad and northern Argentina. It resembles the common black hawk, but is larger with a different call and tail pattern.

The carbonado diamond is so hard, that to cut it for jewelry applications is extremely difficult - normally needing to be cut with a hydraulic press weighing in at least twenty tons. 

The black molly (Poecilia sphenops) is a hybrid variation of the sailfin molly. It is a small fish, with males reaching about three inches in length and females slightly smaller.

Dice have been used since before recorded history, and it is uncertain where they originated. The oldest known dice were excavated as part of a 5000-year-old backgammon set at the Burnt City, an archeological site in south-eastern Iran. Other excavations from ancient tombs in the Indus Valley civilization indicate a South Asian origin. Dicing is mentioned as an Indian game in the Rigveda, Atharvaveda and Buddha games list. It also plays a critical role in the great Hindu epic Mahabharata, where Yudhisthira plays a game of dice against the Kauravas for the northern kingdom of Hastinapura, which becomes the trigger for a war. There are several biblical references to "casting lots", as in Psalm 22, indicating that dicing (or a related activity) was commonplace when the psalm was composed. Knucklebones was a skill game played by women and children; a derivative form had the four sides of the bone receive different values and count as modern dice. Gambling with two or three dice was a very popular form of amusement in Greece, especially with the upper classes, and a frequent accompaniment to symposia.

The black Buick Y-Job was the auto industry's first concept car. It was produced by Buick in 1938, and designed by Harley J. Earl.

Today, numbered stripes and solids are preferred in most of the world, though the British-style offshoot, blackball, uses the traditional colors (as did early televised "casino" tournaments in the U.S.). The game had relatively simple rules compared to today and was not added (under any name) to an official rule book (i.e., one published by a national or international sport governing body) until 1940.
