If I see one more person calling Neil Josten an unreliable narrator, I'm gonna sob.

Is his narration unreliable to fully explain the situation and people around him? Yes of course it is, but that's an inherent BIAS, not him being unreliable.

An unreliable narrator is a narrator that lies to the audience, purposefully with holds information. Either very obviously (ex. Narrator of a telltale heart) or it can be subtle to a degree (ex. Jeremy Knox)

Neil Josten isn't unreliable, he tells the audience the TRUTH HE BELIEVES. He doesn't INTENTIONALLY lie or withhold information from the audience. Which simply makes him, a narrator that tells his truth.

But like it's wtv, call him what you want lol
