Who watches Esme when the Super Friends go out?

They literally have no other friends (aside from William) who could babysit her. And honestly, I feel like Esme would be the one who’s always having to babysit them.

Esme wants to be the Super Friends for Halloween. When her moms ask her which one she explains that she wants to be all of them. So Brainy makes her a super suit that incorporates parts of each of their suits. It was supposed to just be for trick-or-treating, but after Halloween she insists on wearing it every time she visits the tower.

Alex always thought Kelly was the most difficult person to wake up in the morning, until she met Esme. She quickly learns that nothing gets the little girl out of bed faster than the smell of chocolate chip pancakes, the same way the smell of coffee gets Kelly out of bed. Alex has to tread lightly around her grumpy sleepyheads each morning.

Esme’s best friend has invisibility powers. The first time she sleeps over Esme accidentally mimics her powers. When they wake up in the morning, the girls are nowhere to be seen, sending Alex and Kelly into the worst panic. They laugh about it now but it was not funny at the time.

When Esme starts school, they give her glasses to wear, like Kara’s, to help her keep her powers under control. But she has a hard time keeping them on and is always misplacing them. So instead, they recreate her rainbow loom bracelet to suppress her powers because it’s the one thing she never takes off.

Esme asks Alex one day if she can take something from the tower to school for show and tell. When Alex says yes though, she is in the middle of something and doesn’t pay attention to what her daughter takes. They get a call from the teacher the next day asking them not to send pets in for show and tell anymore. Alex and Kelly are both confused because they don’t have any pets. Then they realize the truth seeker isn’t in its tank.

When Esme first comes into their lives, Kelly is thrilled about having an excuse to watch Disney movies and cheesy family films. But much to her surprise, Esme loves action and scary movies. Kelly still loves movie nights with her favorite girls even though they tease her for always hiding under the blankets.

If you can’t tell, this little family is my favorite. I’m having way too much fun with these.
