the ones i always go for when i want to reset a bit in a more ethereal (?) way are personally: Francisco by Milton Nascimento (and honestly a gooooood chunk of his works. the man leaves me speechless), Marooned by Pink Floyd, the entirety of Perverts by Ethel Cain and This is where it falls apart by All Them Witches

when i’m feeling a bit introspective but still able to groove i go for DPR IAN, just his entire discography is absolutely top tier and he’s an incredibly complete artist, so watching his music videos (that he directs and edits himself) is also a huge recommendation!

i have to plug in some of my favs from brazil ofc, they all fall into the mpb category but there are lots of different genres in each of their catalogs so you might have some fun surfing through them! ney matogrosso (i recommend “homem com h”), rita lee (“mania de você”, “mãe natureza”, “doce vampiro”), cazuza (“sobrenome beija flor” and “todo amor que houver nesta vida”), cássia eller (“malandragem”) and tribalistas (“velha infância”) are the ones i listen to the most!

my fav genre is rock tho so here are my fav bands: xdinary heroes (i do Not play abt them), my chem, bring me the horizon, i’ve been very into korn lately, type ø negative, depeche mode, nine inch nails

and i’m into kpop too so aespa, xg, xlov, stray kids, enhypen, txt and bts are somehow always in my playlists

i’m also big on kendrick lamar. huge. i was very annoying in 2025.
