Behold some AU pondering I did while sitting through a drivers ed class (no I don’t have my license, it’s harder to get on in Louisiana then the rest of the US so cut me some slack man)

To explain what literally any of this is, I wanted to do a Henry swap AU but like. In a different way then everyone else because Frankly the landscape of killer Henry content sucks ass, you’re all boring and haven’t read the books!

I went with the concept of Henry being a megalomaniac southern pastor who insists on being called father despite not being catholic, I chose that as my main concept because I thought it complimented the canon william’s character flaws, he’s described as being a highly self centric person, and upon considered how such a trait might map onto Henry, I took a big dive into the popular canon idea of him being southern (as a southerner myself I always thought that was odd but hey, you make your best work out of others slop)

I started on that family portrait with the idea in mind that Henry’s wife still divorced him, as she does in the novels, but she leaves much earlier and doesn’t get custody of Sammy, the women pictured is Henry’s new wife, who’s unfortunately been swindled into joining this very dysfunctional little family
