On Saturday evening, after a good deal of discussion, my wife and I signed a chastity contract.  I found the template on the internet (I can’t remember where, sorry) and then tweaked it to make it more applicable and realistic for our life together.  She had it in her possession for about a week before we finally took the plunge.

What follows is the text of the contract in full:

Chastity Contract

Definitions

CHASTITY DEVICE—Any lockable wearable device designed for continuous wear to prevent masturbation, infidelity, control sexual urges or aggression, or sexual intercourse, hereafter referred to as the CAGE.

USER—The individual who will wear the cage, hereafter referred to as the HUSBAND. By definition the HUSBAND has surrendered the control of his sexual organs and services to the KEYHOLDER.

KEYHOLDER—The individual who will hold the key and the control for the cage, hereafter referred to as the WIFE. By definition, the WIFE is the individual entrusted to have absolute say in the use of the user’s sexual organs and services.

Term of Confinement (caging)

Husband will wear the cage for as long and for as often as determined by Wife.

Hygiene

Husband is responsible for daily cleaning of cage.

Husband will notify Wife immediately of any concerns regarding function or cleanliness of cage.

Wife will permit at least one removal of cage in a 24-hour period for cleaning and shaving.

Husband agrees that such release may be supervised and agrees to all terms of release as set forth by Wife, including restraints if deemed necessary.

Husband agrees that during release for cleaning he will shave accordingly to keep genital area free from hair.

Husband agrees that he will immediately re-secure cage after all cleanings unless otherwise instructed by Wife.

Both parties acknowledge that a release from cage may be permitted for medical or extreme discomfort issues. However during such release no sexual releases are permitted and, once medical condition is rectified, immediate return of the cage will commence without delay.

Keys

Wife will have total rights to determine location and possession of all keys to said cage.

Wife will carry one key on her person at all times that husband is locked.

Wife will wear one key as an adornment whenever husband is locked and such an adornment is appropriate attire.

Husband will not attempt to defeat or escape the cage in any way.

Husband agrees that when unlocked for hygiene or other approved reasons, no sexual release (orgasm) is permitted. If masturbation is attempted and/or carried out, punishment as outlined in the contract will be applied.

Husband agrees that he will re-secure cage immediately and notify Wife of said action.

Sexual Release (orgasm)

Husband forfeits all right to have an orgasm to the will of his Wife and will receive orgasm only by her unsolicited approval.

Wife is given sole discretion of how Husband’s orgasms will be achieved.

Husband acknowledges and agrees that Wife has certain sexual needs that may need fulfilled and that orgasms for Wife do not necessitate orgasms for Husband.

Husband agrees to satisfy Wife by whatever means Wife deems necessary for sexual gratification.

Husband agrees to allow Wife to seek and engage with third parties (male or female) for sexual gratification.

Husband agrees that orgasms may be accompanied by being restrained as determined by Wife.

Husband agrees that Wife may uncage husband for the means of sexual play but that no orgasm is permitted until Wife permits one.

Husband agrees to use any sexual aids such as (but not limited to) strap-ons, vibrators, dildos, and other artificial aids to satisfy Wife.

Husband agrees that Wife may use cages mentioned above in addition to other restraints on Husband and Husband will have no say in objecting to such cages

Non-Sexual Releases (uncaging)

Husband agrees that Wife may uncage Husband out of good nature and that such a release from cage is not grounds for orgasm.

Wife understands and Husband agrees that release from caging may be required for extenuating circumstance such as medical appointments.

Husband agrees to abide by all directions from Wife during such releases.

Husband agrees to re-secure cage upon command from Wife and to inform her of this action.

General Understandings

Both parties agree that every day life decisions such as child development, household finances, and other marital decisions outside the bedroom will have no effect on terms of this agreement, and that such decisions made can have no impact on the terms of this agreement.

Husband agrees and understands that Wife may use various methods to tease and torment Husband at any time. Furthermore, Husband understands that he has no say in such teasing and that Wife may continue at will.

Wife understands that she is free to receive any form of sexual gratification needed from Husband during periods of Husband’s confinement.

Wife understands, and Husband agrees, that Wife is free to receive any sort of sexual gratification needed from any third parties of her choosing (male or female) during periods of Husband’s confinement.

Husband understands and agrees that he is one hundred percent sexually and romantically loyal and devoted to Wife except as she may direct otherwise.

Husband is aware that rewards—up to and including orgasm—may be given for good behavior, including but not limited to pampering, chores accomplished, dinner dates, gifts, massages, and other ideas Husband comes up with.

Husband agrees to accomplish chores and tasks as directed by Wife.

Both parties agree that modifications to this agreement may be needed during the period of this agreement and that such modifications can be made as long as both parties are in agreement. 

 Penalties and Punishments

Both parties agree that deviation from contract will result in either cancellation of contract or punishments to correct errant behavior.

Breach of contract by Wife will constitute a cancellation of contract.

Cancellation of contract will result in immediate release of Husband from cage.

Breach of contract by Husband will be handled at the discretion of the Wife as outlined below.

Unauthorized removal of cage will result in a seven-day period of lock up and denial for Husband. Absolutely no sexual releases will be allowed for Husband during this penalty period.

Unauthorized removal of cage that includes a sexual release will result in a fourteen-day period of lock up and denial for Husband. Again, absolutely no sexual releases will be allowed for Husband during this penalty period. Additional punishment may be added as determined by Wife.

Husband agrees that additional restraining, flogging, private or public humiliation, servitude, and any other means of punishment may be administered by Wife to correct or punish infractions from contract.

 Husband agrees that failure to accept terms of punishment for infractions is means for immediate termination of this agreement.

How to begin…

Once you have your chastity device, you should engage in a brief test period. You should put it on him. Let him wear it for a day, then check to make sure there are no major problems. That is, make sure it doesn’t pinch him or chaff him anywhere. If it does, try to correct the problem. You may also have to wait a few days for him heal before testing it again.

To prevent chaffing, use a good lubrication on his penis before putting it back on. Most water-based lubes will dry out too quickly. I suggest a oil-based or silicone-based lubricant. (Johnson & Johnson makes a Baby Oil Gel that works well for this.) If chaffing still occurs, you may have to resort to a different chastity device. Once he can get through a day without any problems, try it for twenty-four hours. If all goes well, try three days this time.

Once you have a device that he can comfortably wear day after day, be sure to clean and inspect it (yourself) at least once a week. Taking a shower together is good way to do this, but by all means, not the only way. The device does not need to be removed for cleaning. Use a liberal amount of soap and water to clean his penis every few days. Remember, he probably can’t see it well enough to clean it himself, so you inspect it for him. This can be part of the teasing process as well.

Don’t let him (or anyone else) tell you that he needs to have an orgasm to prevent any kind of disease. He doesn’t! I checked with more than one doctor on that, so trust me. He can easily go for a week, a month, even six months or a year without having an orgasm. When the sperm in the body gets old, it will be released inside the body and will be quickly absorbed by the rest of the body. All this happens without him even knowing about it.

Blue-balls is something that is vastly misunderstood as well. Blue-balls is a condition that occurs when a man gets frequently aroused, but does not have an ejaculation for a long period of time. How long depends on the individual and the amount of arousal. What happens is this: He gets aroused and his body (testicles in particular) begin producing sperm (or fluids for feeding and transporting the sperm (in the case of a vasectomy) along the urethra for eventual ejaculation. If that ejaculation does not occur, there is a build up these things in the body (particularly the balls). This may cause him to feel a slight aching in the groin (or balls) when he gets his next erection (or tries to). It is harmless. It’s all a part of the game.

After a few weeks of not getting have an orgasm, his body will limit the amount of sperm etc. that it produces and the effects of blue-balls will go away. (No more groin pain.) So you see, blue-balls is nothing to be concerned about. In fact, you may take some joy in the fact that he gets them. After all, it’s just another reminder that he is yours and is not allowed to cum without your permission…
