One of the winter perks of living in the same neighborhood as a Bunyan descendant is that he happily uses his giant shovel to clear the streets of snow much faster than the city will.

The fact he always does it shirtless (and sometimes pantless) is another plus.

The best part of summer is when the professional ultra-superheavyweight bodybuilder just down the block takes his muscle car out of his garage to give it a wash and wax in the hot summer sun.
