I learned a pretty valuable lesson earlier this month while babysitting my in-laws (two are in high school and one is in elementary school). I was responsible for waking them up, feeding them breakfast, getting them to school, picking them up after the football game, feeding them dinner, getting them to bed, taking them to church, and making sure they stayed alive. It was stressful. 👧🏼👦🏼👱🏻 For the first time in my life, I experienced what it's like to be a parent. Now I understand why so many moms tell me they don't have time to exercise! They spend all their time taking care of their kids and making sure they get to where they need to be, they don't make the time to take care of themselves. Being a stay-at-home parent is one of the most respectable jobs on earth, but your health and wellbeing is just as vital as your family's. ❤️💛💚💙💜 During the month of November, I'm mentoring and coaching three moms as they start their fitness businesses and as they start focusing on their own health. It's one-on-one mentoring and these powerful ladies are serious and committed. I can open it up to five, but I want to give as much attention to these women as I can. If you're interested in creating more time for yourself and focusing on your health and wellbeing, PM me now. I won't do this again until December, so you'll be missing out on a whole month of growth and personal development. Can you be a MOMpreneur?
