I love yoga, cycling, jumping and climbing and I run for the cardio and quick workout benefits. Over the winter I slacked on my nutrition, and it recently caught up with me, and I started to be less motivated mentally and physically which for some reason with me turns into feeling kinda overwhelmed with life. .. I’ve been eating more healthily the past 2 weeks, and it’s incredible how much energy I have. I’ve been staying away from processed foods and eating more salads with whole grains and lean proteins. ..
