Daniels couldnât open her eyes. Not because she was blind folded or sleeping, but because a few moments before she had nearly blinded by the lights. She had no idea where she was or what she was on for that matter. The woman was hearing a lot of noises that quite frankly were not helping her situation. Her mind began to wander as she couldnât even remember what she had been doing before everything went black.
She couldnât possibly be on the covenant because the sounds she heard were far too loud and grating. Daniels really hoped that she wasnât in someoneâs murder basement. Instead of continuing to worry, she gets up and attempts to feel her way around. Occasionally she would open her eyes in an attempt to get them to adjust to the light.Â
âWalter!? Are you there? Is anyone there!?â The woman called out, hoping someone could hear her.
The whole room shook around her. Something big and more nasty than the X-Parasites is lurking inside the room but yet it is not ready to reveal itself to its human prey.
The shaking of the room stopped her in her tracks. No matter how many times she looked around the room, she couldn't find the cause of the room shaking. She doubted that the cause of it was the X-parasite. They were not only far too small, but she figured they would have to take over something much bigger to cause the room to shake. She decided to charge up a shot.
