I was at the store today and saw that they are selling black lemonade made with activated charcoal which is really good for you, however, I wouldn't pay $6 for 10 oz when I can make a full pitcher myself at home! Basil cauliflower soup! Didn't quite turn out the purple color I wanted but it's ok cause the basil took over which made it extra yummy ! This soup is loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C, K and B6 - also good for digestion and all super quick and easy to make ! All you need is 1 small cauliflower , 1 small sweet potato, and basil and seasoning to taste.
