I’d also like to say Kenzie isn’t the villain of the season, the men are redpilled AF and Kenzie keeping her options open isn’t a problem. Her only wrong was lying to Caleb and even then he should’ve been bombshelling with the other women instead he wanted to stick with the white women.
They fucked up letting the viewers pair the bombshells because that disincentivized them from having to pull people. Bombshells are supposed to pull people kind of like Kady on LIUK season 10, although she’s a seasoned islander, she pulled every man for a chat to gauge where they were and her interests and she was allowed to choose her pick and STILL got to know people while couples.
Did Kenzie fuck over Mel by being weird about Corbin, eh 50/50. She was connected to him and Mel only wanted to connect after Sincere played in her face. People thought Mel was weird when she told Aniya she’d pull KC, but they’re mad when Kenzie finds it weird to pull Corbin??
She was weird to Jen too but Jen knew Gal liked Kenzie and still brought him even after Kenzie and Gal at Casa told her and Dylan that they were interested in each other. Your bound to step on friends toes in there, you just need to be honest Kenzie should’ve been transparent with Jen and Caleb that’s it.
It also irritates my soul when they compare her to Sincere and his bad behavior but don’t give her the grace or benefit of the doubt they gave Sincere. Despite trying to deflect and avoid accountability Sincere has “good/pure intentions” or is bad at communication and Gabe can be “promiscuous and still capable of loving somebody,” but Kenzie is a lustful attention whore even after providing a no excuse apology and displaying remorse and explaining her feelings. Every negative attribute a man has is applied to her but not the grace or redemption they’re willing to give the men.
She wants attention and is willing to cut off those who won’t give it to her but y’all will stay with men who have made you cry from week 1 and made you cry?? It was spiteful to speak on her with that internalized bs!
She apologized with a swiftness and was the only one not arguing about her intentions but because the guys wanted a girl to equate the mens behavior to and demand an apology from the way they didn’t from their male peers she got ragged on. Second after movie nights done they’re copping pleas for Sincere and criticizing Kenzie???
Dylan also aggravated me because I don’t know what his motive other than to villainize her. He came into casa knowing her past behavior and willingly coupled with her knowing he was told by her and Gal that they were interested just for him to come in and 2 days later get mad that’s she’s doing what you saw and what she told you..??? Then you fake cried and stood I front of everyone hoping they’d ask you “what’s wrong” so that you could make her the villain and “confirm everyones suspicions.” Then you made movie night about you as if you were wronged and the only person owed an apology wasn’t Caleb, like you were shocked by what you saw weeks ago already. Now you’re trying to make it as if she has to prove herself to you and constantly be at your will and mercy because she said could see a past connection meeting her family as if that isn’t the goal, as if one moment someone could be perfect and the next playing in your face tf.
