Rest, and rest some more...
January started off on a high, training plan up and ready to tick off, new shoes and new Garmin watch, and the running was going great. now, it has now been deflated due to knee injury. It's been great to read other people's blogs, and I think the general idea is not to get too upset about resting so early into training. For now, it's all about the yoga... Oh and a few evenings at the pub.
