Minimalism
"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication." - Leonardo da Vinci
Origin
Minimalism started in the late 1950’s, early 60’s, as a response to complex and ornate styles of life.
What is minimalism?
Minimalism is an artistic and design movement.
It focuses on simplicity, essential things, and no unnecessary features or additions.
It embraces clean lines, geometric shapes, and minimal colour palettes.

 Lifestyle
It involves decluttering, reducing possessions, and embracing intentional and mindful living.
Minimalism creates space for meaningful experiences, relationships, and personal growth.
Modern associations can be the wealthy in big cities, like New York City, in minimalistic apartments.
Is Minimalism even possible to achieve?
Yes. Even though minimalism is an aesthetic it’s also, obviously, a lifestyle. In my opinion, it’s more of a mindset and way of life than the way you decorate your apartment. You can achieve it really easily, too! With the right intentions. You could decide to prioritize things like your health, mind, and relationships. Spending time away from your devices and instead focusing on the physical world. Picking up hobbies and interests, mindful activities like yoga or meditations, and even cooking a nice meal are all simple ways you can start to be minimal.
-  Decluttering your place of unwanted things is also pretty minimal, and important. Clothes you don’t wear, don’t like, or don’t want to be around should be donated or given away - never throw usable things out! They end up in landfills that will damage our earth. it’s important to note that minimalism isn’t the deprivation of joy or colour. And when applying it to your life shouldn’t be taken in as such.
-Key points:
Declutter your life mindfully
It’s a mindset and a way of life
Health, mind, relationships = important
