Hi all! Mod Kieren here!

First of all, I’m sorry I’ve been so inactive for so long. A lot has happened in recent months and Kars always seems to take a back seat, even if it makes me feel bad.

Secondly, unfortunately I don’t have good news either. I don’t think I’ll be continuing this blog anymore, too much has happened to make me feel unwelcome in the askblog community (and honestly the jojo community as a whole, it just doesn’t make me happy anymore after everything that’s happened).

It’s not about popularity or how many asks I get, it’s more that I just.... feel like I’m not wanted here anymore. After everything that happened with l/eilyprince, oc/casionalzipper/capo and the polnareffland server, trying to get active on here has just been harder and harder. It’s not the only thing to make me feel unwelcome or unhappy; but honestly it’s the biggest thing. I don’t want to constantly worry about who hates me or thinks I was wrong to speak up when I did. So I won’t be continuing to update kars anymore.

The blog will stay up for archival reasons, and I’ll still be on tumblr on my main @ayakirui and my instagram (Chillytide if the link doesn’t work).

Honestly, this blog has been a net good for me. I had a lot of fun when I was active and met a lot of wonderful people through it, but it’s just not something that makes me happy anymore. I hope some of y’all can continue to support me on my main, though I completely understand if you’re here for kars only. My asks and dms will still be open if you would like to say anything, but I won’t be answering anything else on behalf of my favorite pillar man anymore.
