Same to those who ship minors with adults. I’m a CSA victim and I don’t care if your logic is “well they’re a teen and the person I’m shipping them with isn’t 40″. Fuck you. [ I know that’s a common fanon interpretation! But I disagree. 

It's true that he's quick to anger but he rarely acts out on it and he reins himself in almost immediately; Fugo polices his own emotions really really heavily. Being level-headed isn't NOT feeling emotions--it's not letting them control you.

Bruno trusts him as a right hand man because he knows Fugo has the mind and maturity for it. He knows Fugo can handle situations and think things through and keep his calm.

Fugo can have a low stress tolerance and can slip but it’s... specific situations and it’s not at everyone all the time.

You can see here in this excerpt from Purple Haze Feedback, Bruno calls Fugo level-headed and explains that he believes Fugo would keep HIM calm as he gets worked up easily.
