SOPHIE TROJAN IS THE GREATEST:
Sophie Trojan is an enigma, a once-in-a-lifetime being supposedly. Born through pure juxtaposition, he is a 7-foot-2, tall, blond man-man of preposterous proportion with the body of a woman of preposterous proportions. He’s brash, cocky and without filter. A total dudebro in the personality area, he inhibits the traits of a jock and general douchebaggery, one with tremendous ego racked with constant bursts of insecurity and delusions of grandeur taken to the extreme as is every part of himself, the American Dreamboat with main-character syndrome.
One could say he’s lived his entire life overcompensating as he attempts anything in order to distance himself from his defining features even if it means not distancing him from his defining features and being super contradictory; all with the goal of conforming to the conventional role of the man and fitting in. A member of the town, Tedium, Sophie Trojan is a cop, his biggest compensation tactic, becoming the law, the keeper of people and the demander of respect.
Once a rookie, he climbed the walls of coppery to reach the highest levels, through rigorous hardships and whatnot.
His current role is Chief God of Police, the greatest and most powerful role on the entire island, the role’s tradition lending oneself power unbeknownst to the average common-folk, a role akin to a king. It is a law status given out every two years as a result of the Police of Tedium’s second most important tradition, the Biennial Death Race-Chase Competition where him and the rest of the cops take place in a point-based competition where arrests are prioritised and encouraged with the cop with the most points at the end of the year becoming the new CHIEF GOD OF POLICE. The race is biannual so everyone can get a fair year of policing. He’s a trophy hunter.
It allows Sophie Trojan to change, create and remove the rules and regulations of the island alongside full control over the police and their look. Obviously, his first instinct was to abuse this perk, to benefit his ego, to inconvenience others and to get back at his detractors.
His acts including the official Tedium Police Uniform being tweaked so that all male personnel must wear high-heeled boot as well as him, petty revenge emasculation whilst he also participates to show how on top he is. A lot of his new regulations as Police God are to do with fucking with his police comrades while making his life better. That is the rite of passage when you control all police over there anyway.
His feminine look whilst making him self-conscious as a man in reference to the commonfolk of Tedium, being continuously mocked and harassed as a rookie by his police force until his current status, Trojan’s tolerance for insults have warped him in ways where he’ll alternate between playing into the jokes, making his co-workers uncomfortable as they did he, to just being regular annoyed. He’s a very troubled man with issues he lampshades with post-ironic, self-aware glee and ignores in an endless hunt for hyper-masculinity. His issues result in him taking out his deep-seated rage on the citizens of his land. If not any sort of real love for the man then fear is a viable replacement in his eyes.
Due to his very unstable attitudes and views on general life, he’s not a man with much genuine bond besides occasional banter with his fellow policemen subjects. His only real friends are that of his favourite recurring underlings, the very short, blond Cornelous Lagomorph and the tall but still shorter, darkskinned Kniko Rampari. He’s at his most contradictory with those two either way often dropping the machismo chauvinist act, he’s much more flamboyant with them much to their dismay with a tendency to invade their personal spaces far too much.
This is his only real infatuation as he leans more towards interacting with these two on a daily basis compared to his other police fodder. He does and doesn’t really know why, but he feels much more comfortable being overly eccentric with them showing sides mostly unseen like Sophie Trojan isn’t restraining parts of himself out of narcissistic insecurity.
