Anomalous coffee machine is a wonderful comedy once you get the joke. the joke being a 4th wall meta textual joke about the comedy of contrast between horror, conventional cuteness, and porn.
the setup is that the premise of the game, why you are playing it, is to see all the cool transformations the artist has thought of and designed. you will soon learn that these transformations mostly file between horror and cute. we get some bait and switch jokes with the dialogue expressing horror and the visuals resolving into cute, the wonderful absurdist joke of the girl expressing her view of the situation's banality irrespective of how many jaws she currently possesses.
you'll likely first find out that there's a number of sex scenes in the game and, crucially, you'll likely find out about this with the cute transformations. this is both a point of the game and the setup to what I think is the best joke in the game.
see, as you go along, you'll figure out what all the icons attached to the gallery mean with double heart indicating that the transformation has a H scene for it. this is when you'll note that some of the horror TFs have double hearts.
A quick diversion here, most of the horror TFs are simple head and face replacements into junji ito-esque grotesques. this sets the expectation that the H scenes for these horror TFs might be lower effort head replacement gags in line with flash era shock humor. irony, in short
The joke then, is that they're taken completely seriously and the artist has taken the time and effort for a unique pose and animated the head too.
this is the author mirroring the earlier presented absurdist normalization and making a meta textual joke that the artist also sees nothing strange about the horror TFs, leaving the viewer without resolution.
