Sooooo hi and welcome ☺️ I decided to do a blog Because right now that suits me in my process best. Memoirs of a Dadless Daughter is a Novel based on a true story that I’m currently working on. Because I’m still growing and learning there’s always a lot of things I want to say, and what better way to do it than here where someone else can learn and relate.
I’ve experienced a lot of trials and tribulations that I feel could have been avoided with a proper male figure guiding me. From decisions in men, knowing my worth, disrespect I accepted etc.
Dadless Daughters are daughters growing up with that disconnect from their dads.. Initially when I started this it was because my Dad has been incarcerated my entire life thus far (30 years to be exact) so I’ve always missed the connection and a Dad is essential in a childs up bringing. It later expanded to young women who’s Dads passed away, never knew them or Women that had dads physical presence but lacked a connection.
This Blog will simply be an outlet, detailing everyday experience, mistakes made from lack of male guidance and stories of the past that could possible help the younger me ☺️ feel free to follow and send your stories if you can relate.
