Suzuki Fronte 360 SSS, 1970. The LC10 SS and SSS Frontes were the fastest kei cars of their era. The SS was launched in 1968 by racing driver Stirling Moss and motorcycle racer Mitsuo Itoh who drove Frontes from Milan to Naples along Italy’s 750 km (466 mi) Autostrada del Sole at an average speed of 122.44 km/h (76.08 mph), not bad for a 360cc 2 stroke 3 cylinder engine.

XBUS, 2022, by Electric Brands. The German start-up has revealed a working prototype of it's electric micro-utility vehicle. The highly configurable platform allows for multiple body types in on-road (white) and high-riding off-road (grey) versions. Measuring 3.64 x 1.6 x 1.94 metres it qualifies as an L7e-B2 class quadricycle though the passenger version has capacity for 4 seats. The standard 10 kWh battery allows for a range of 200km but an optional 30 kWh battery boosts that to 600km. Production is due to begin in mid 2022.
