(Hello guys this is the very first attempt at writing an x reader story, i hope you guys like it cause my writing is not really the best)

I'm not a huge Marvel fan but it was very refreshing to see these characters outside of the MCU. this universe feels much more expansive and alive! it's so delightful to get monster-of-the-week adventures that fleshes out both the characters and the world

the team dynamics are so good THEY'RE SO GOOD. I love how some members are closer than others and you KNOW who's buddies with who. seeing the Avengers actually living in the mansion together and doing fun things like movie nights is adorable too.

Janet Van Dyke. I love her and the way she's so passionate and feels like the heart of the team

props to them progressively showing nick fury losing his hair over time

Hank Pym and Jan are so obviously in love but their ideological differences keep driving them apart. hank just wants to be a scientist while jan wants to punch bad guys

speaking of Hank, I really enjoyed the way they portray Ant-man as the pacifist and level-headed one in the group

i thiiink hawkeye's lowkey in love with black widow. he's just a little bit delulu and i like this ver much

small details that remind you Steve Rogers really is a man out of time. like Cap thinking the screen is being run by a projectionist and constantly revealing that the 40s were way crazier than everyone thinks it is

there was one time hawkeye needed bruce banner so he tried to fight the hulk and told him he was gonna beat him up. and hulk laughed so much that he transformed back into bruce. and then they become best friends

thor meets jane foster in season 1 and presumably introduces her to the avengers, and now she's just their go to person whenever someone needs medical assistance. also, Jane and Jan are best friends

Sue Storm and Jan are best friends. did I mention I love Jan

Carol Danvers is a very no nonsense military type of person but they still do bully her and give her the newbie treatment when she becomes an avenger

I really enjoy the fantastic four (as well as spidey and the xmen) being alluded to from time to time as they're basically the Avengers' neighbors. its not treated as some big cameo or anything they're just Guys who come over to hang out with the avengers a few times and do cool things offscreen

I love that when the Daily Bugle accuses Cap of being a traitor, Iron Man goes straight into J Jonah Jameson's office and fights him about it. and then Cap and Spider-man proceed to have a fun adventure in the sewers

Rocket Raccoon makes racoon noises which is ADORABLE

the entire secret invasion arc had me on the edge of my seat
