I made some sketches of Howard, and I wanted to express some headcanons for him!
While I do think he is a “anxious mess” as I say, he is a very logical person. He doesn’t think emotionally, and he keeps his heart on his sleeve. He kinda bottles his emotions up, and then they explode when they get too overwhelming, often in anger. I also think that he is very prideful, the kind of person to stick their nose in the air. And Phillip, in my eyes, is sort of the opposite. He leads with his heart, and doesn’t explode as much, because he ALLOWS emotion. But it leads him to make bad decisions. Howard comes off as cold and calculating, and Phillip runs off as overly emotional and oblivious. Both are smart in their own right, but both are dangerous in their way of thinking.
