HOW-TO: In your birth chart, look at which planets are VERY close together. I like to consider conjunctions “strong” when the planets are 0-4 degrees apart.  Anything wider than that is a weak aspect.  In the linked example, the Sun and Mars are strongly conjunct.

☉ Sun - Moon: I am an open book when it comes to how I’m feeling. Sun - Mercury: My thoughts and ideas are laid out for everyone to see. Sun - Venus: I am easily likable because of my charm. Sun - Mars: I am great at taking charge and have plenty of energy and drive. Sun - Jupiter: My ego may be inflated and I appear larger than life. Sun - Saturn: I am careful and cautious with how I come across to others. Sun - Uranus:  I want to express myself in a unique and unusual way. Sun - Neptune:  There is a hazy, lack of clarity about the way I express myself. Sun - Pluto: I will always want to be in control of myself and my surroundings.
