Miles has worked for Impact Garage since he was eighteen years old, growing up in Silverton, TX since the age of one. He was a star athlete, he played baseball, basketball, but most notably and the thing that got him noticed was his football stats in high school. He even got a full ride scholarship to the University of Texas At Austin, however, during his senior year his father Hank suffered a heart attack and it forced Miles to let go of his football dreams and choose a much simpler life in order to help take care of his father.

He has worked at Impact Garage ever since graduating, choosing to live a pretty simple life or that's what he tells himself. He longs for more and wishes for a better life for himself, he loves his job, but he feels he's always struggling to make enough to truly succeed. It can be disheartening to him at times to see where he's come from and how his life has turned out now. Sometimes he feels defeated and other times he feels grateful for the experiences that he's had.
