Sagrado Corazón de Jesús,
fuente inagotable de amor,
hoy me acerco a Ti con humildad
para descansar en Tu ternura
y dejarme abrazar por Tu paz.
Tú conoces mis cargas,
mis silencios, mis heridas,
y aun así me miras con compasión
y me llamas por mi nombre.
Toma mi corazón, Señor,
purifícalo con Tu luz,
ordénalo con Tu sabiduría,
y enciéndelo con Tu amor fiel.
Que Tu Corazón sea mi refugio,
mi fuerza en la prueba,
mi alegría en el camino,
y mi descanso en cada día.
Sagrado Corazón de Jesús,
te entrego mi vida y mi familia,
guía nuestros pasos,
protege nuestros hogares,
y derrama Tu misericordia
sobre todo lo que somos.
Quédate conmigo, Señor,
y haz que mi corazón
aprenda a latir al ritmo del Tuyo. Amén.

Sacred Heart of Jesus,
inexhaustible source of love,
today I humbly approach You
to rest in Your tenderness
and let myself be embraced by Your peace. You know my burdens,
my silences, my wounds,
and yet You look upon me with compassion
and call me by name.
Take my heart, Lord,
purify it with Your light,
order it with Your wisdom,
and ignite it with Your faithful love.
May Your Heart be my refuge,
my strength in trials,
my joy on the journey,
and my rest each day.
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I entrust my life and my family to You,
guide our steps,
protect our homes,
and pour out Your mercy
upon all that we are.
